Opall Esports ("Opall", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use opall-esports.com, our onboarding portal and our community spaces.

1. Information we collect

We collect the name, email address and digital signature you provide during the careers onboarding flow, and any information you submit through embedded forms. When you sign in with Google we receive your name and email from Google.

2. How we use it

We use this information to manage rosters, issue player contracts, communicate with staff and players, and operate the Opall Esports organisation.

3. Storage

Submissions are stored in an immutable database. Once recorded they cannot be edited or deleted through the public site.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with Opall staff who need it to operate the organisation and with regulators when legally required.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold on you, or ask us to remove your record from active rosters, by contacting Opall management on Discord.
